About HandFans Direct

HandFans Direct has been manufacturing custom hand fans since 2008. We are part of the TJM Promos family of promotional products companies, based in Ocala, Florida. For over 18 years, we have supplied hand fans to churches, political campaigns, weddings, schools, businesses, and community organizations across the United States.

We specialize exclusively in hand fans — it is all we do. That focus means we know this product inside and out, from materials and printing methods to design best practices for every use case. Whether you need 250 fans for a small church event or 10,000 for a political rally, we have the experience and inventory to deliver on time and on budget.

Our standard hand fans are printed on 16-point coated board stock using offset lithography, which produces sharp, vibrant colors. An 8-inch basswood handle is attached to the back. Fan size is approximately 8 inches by 8 inches. We offer both single-sided printing (handle visible on the back) and double-sided sandwich printing (handle hidden between two printed sides).

For stock shapes, choose from over 50 pre-made designs. For custom shapes, our die-cutting equipment can produce any outline you need — your logo, a mascot, a state shape, or anything else. We also offer durable plastic fans that are waterproof and ideal for outdoor events in unpredictable weather.

PMS® color matching is included at no additional charge on every order, so your brand colors, school colors, or wedding palette will be reproduced accurately.
